Notice of Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date on which you signed this contract.

If you cancel this contract, any payment made by you under this contract will be returned within ten (10) business days after receipt of your written notice of cancellation.

To cancel this contract, you must provide written notice of cancellation. Your notice may be delivered by mail, email, or any other written communication method provided by the credit repair organization.

You may use any written statement that clearly expresses your intent to cancel this agreement.

This notice is required by federal law.
